On its way

When you press the buy button on any card here, checkout happens with our retail partner, and so does everything after it: packing, carrier choice, tracking and the delivery window. The timing and options you see at their checkout are the ones that apply to your order.

Where to watch your order

Your confirmation email and the order page in your partner account carry the live status. We never see individual orders, so the order page will always know more than we do.

If something stalls

Delivery hiccups are fixed fastest through the partner’s own help pages, straight from the order in question. That route can actually see the parcel; our inbox cannot.
