The hot-room kit: what to wear when the gym has no air
Summer training has one enemy and it is not the heat, it is wet fabric that stays wet. Cotton soaks, clings and chafes by the second circuit. The fix is a knit that moves sweat to the surface and a cut that gives it air.
Why tanks earn the spot
A dry-fit tank does two jobs: the knit wicks, and the open shoulder lets the wet surface actually evaporate. That is the difference between damp-and-cooling and soaked-and-heavy.
The two-shirt rotation
One on, one drying. A multi-pack is not a bulk discount so much as a system: the shirt from yesterday is dry by tomorrow, and nothing goes into the hamper mid-week. Three shirts cover five sessions comfortably.
Loose or muscle cut?
Loose for circuits and running, where airflow wins. The closer muscle cut for lifting, where you do not want a hem swinging into your line of sight on the bench.
