Leggings that hold: waistbands, squats and the pocket question
Legging disappointment is nearly always one of three things: a waistband that folds, fabric that goes sheer at the bottom of a squat, or nowhere to put a phone. All three are checkable before you buy.
High waist is a function, not a look
A wide high band spreads its grip over more distance, which is why it stays put through burpees while a low band rolls. Tummy-control panels are the same idea with more structure in front.
The squat test, translated to a listing
You cannot squat in a web page, but you can read for the signals: a thicker knit weight, a gusset, and reviewers who lift. Our leggings line is cut for training first, so opacity under load is a design requirement rather than luck.
Pockets change what the leggings are for
Side pockets that fit a phone turn leggings into running gear; without them you are choosing between an armband and leaving the phone home. If you run, make pockets a hard requirement.
