We cut these running shorts with a light outer mesh layer and a tight inner liner that sits close against the leg. The liner stays put while you move, and the outer shell stays light and open to airflow. You get two pairs in the pack.
What it does on the body
- Double layer build The outer shell uses a breathable mesh knit that pulls sweat off the skin and dries fast. Underneath, the stretch liner wraps the thigh to stop rubbing during long track sessions.
- Liner phone pocket We built a drop pocket directly onto the compression liner leg. It holds a phone flat against the thigh so it will not bounce around while you sprint or lift.
- Drawstring waistband The elastic waistband sits flat on the hips and relies on an internal drawstring to lock the fit in place. It will not roll down when loaded with keys.
- Two pack rotation This pack supplies two pairs for regular training weeks. Machine wash both in cold water with similar fabrics, then line dry or tumble on low heat.
